Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pasar Bodega. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed the same business day and shipped directly from the seller. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping Rate is the cost to deliver the package from the seller to your destination. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
However, at this time Pasar Bodega does not use a flat rate for shipping. All rates will depend on your delivery address and the weight of your package.

* Overnight and same-day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the specific area. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

As sellers will prepare their own package, if you buy from different sellers, it will be shipped from different locations. Therefore, you will receive one package from each of the sellers you purchased from the checkout.
If you are buying multiple products from the same seller in your checkout, you will only be charged the shipping rate once.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number usually will be active within 24 hours. All of the shipping statuses of your orders will be visible from Pasar Bodega directly.

Delivery Time Request
We are unable to accommodate specific delivery time requests at this moment.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will deliver to you again according to their redelivery policies. Otherwise, it may be placed in the nearby pickup location for you to pick-up. Usually, the package will be held at this location for a maximum of 7 days and if it is not collected by the end of this period, it may be returned to the seller or destroyed.

Damages and Lost
It is inevitable that some of the parcels may be lost or damaged during transit. Buyers are advised to request for a refund to inform both Pasar Bodega and the seller regarding this issue while providing sufficient evidence to support your claim. However please read our Return and Refund Policy to know more about how to do return and refund.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
